The Time Tracker tool allows you to automatically record the time spent on each project along with the corresponding number of actions performed. This dual-metric approach ensures that productivity is accurately assessed, preventing misleading interpretations that can occur when only time is tracked.
Description
The Time Tracker add-in for Autodesk® Revit® automatically captures project activity without requiring any user intervention once installed. By continuously recording both the duration of work and the number of actions performed, it generates a dynamic dashboard with five distinct sections :

  • General Information : Displays key project details including the project name, current date and time, as well as the identifier of the user who generated the dashboard.
  • Work Time : Shows the total accumulated work time for the project and the specific work time logged on the current day.
  • Hourly Operation Frequency : Displays a visual breakdown of the number of actions performed per hour for each day, ensuring a clear and precise correlation between recorded work time and actual daily productivity.
  • Global Statistics : Presents comprehensive metrics such as the start date of activity tracking, the total number of unique days recorded, and the average hours worked per day on the project.
  • Copy to Clipboard : Generates an image snapshot of the dashboard, making it effortless to share the report via email, chat, or other editing software with a simple copy-and-paste action.
  • General Usage Instructions
  • Time Tracker : Display the active project's tracking dashboard, which summarizes current tracking data.
  • Export CSV : Export the active project's tracking data as a CSV file.
  • Export All CSV : Export consolidated tracking data from all projects as a CSV file.
  • Contact : Contact support for information or assistance.

  • About : Checking if a new version is available for download, offering improvements or additional functionalities over the current version.
  • Installation/Uninstallation
    The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.

    The User Checker tool allows you to analyze the current shared project, extracting information on all model elements to generate a dashboard displaying statistics on element creators and modifiers.
    Description
    The User Checker add-in for Autodesk® Revit® allows you to analyze detailed information about a shared model and generate a dashboard with 5 different sections with just one click :

  • General Information : Provides an overview of the model, including the name, date, time, and the user who generated the report, as well as the total number of elements in the model and the total number of users who have contributed to it.
  • Top 10 Modifiers : Lists the top 10 element modifiers by displaying the total number of elements modified that were created by another user, compared to the total number of elements produced by that other user.
  • Top 10 Modifiers by Families : Lists the top 10 modifiers by family, showing the total number of elements modified in each family relative to the total number of elements of that family.
  • Element Creators : Displays a pie chart showing the proportion of elements created by the top 4 creators compared to the total number of elements.
  • Element Modifiers : Displays a pie chart showing the proportion of elements modified by the top 4 modifiers compared to the total number of elements.
  • Warning Creators : Displays a pie chart showing the proportion of warnings by the top 4 creators compared to the total number of warnings.
  • Warning Modifiers : Displays a pie chart showing the proportion of warnings by the top 4 modifiers compared to the total number of warnings.
